    Jeanette integrates psychological and physiological understanding with practical, embodied strategies that can be applied in everyday professional life. Her work bridges reflective practice with real-world application to support sustainable performance and wellbeing.

    She delivers training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring for individuals, groups, and organisations. She is also an experienced yoga teacher (5,000+ hours over 24 years) and brings extensive experience in facilitation, program design, and professional development across both online and in-person formats.

    Her clinical supervision training, combined with qualifications in counselling, Ayurvedic Health Counselling, and training and assessment, supports a multidisciplinary approach to professional wellbeing and reflective practice.

    Jeanette is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, reflecting her commitment to ethical practice, professional standards, and ongoing development.
