Workplace Self-Care Supervision (Helping Professionals)

Reflective Supervision Sessions

This tailored online supervision service integrates reflective practice with a focused emphasis on professional self-care and wellbeing. It is designed to support helping professionals in managing stress, maintaining boundaries, and strengthening resilience in their work.

Through a biopsychosocial and reflective framework, the aim is to provide practical tools and insights that support sustainable practice, reduce burnout risk, and enhance professional capacity.

This approach positions self-care not as an add-on, but as an essential foundation for long-term effectiveness and wellbeing in your professional role.

Clinical Self-Care Supervision

(ACA Counsellors)

This supervision model is designed specifically to support counsellors in maintaining their wellbeing through structured, practical lifestyle-based self-care practices that support mental, physical, and emotional health.

Rather than focusing solely on client work or case discussion, this approach prioritises the practitioner’s capacity to sustain themselves in the demands of counselling practice. It integrates reflective supervision with specific strategies to support regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

Up to five sessions per year are also available for practice-related supervision needs, ensuring a balanced structure that supports both personal self-care and professional requirements.

This model is intended to strengthen practitioner health, reduce burnout risk, and support sustainable, embodied practice over time.

Ayurvedic Wellness Counselling

What to Expect in an Ayurvedic Counselling Session

Each session is a collaborative, supportive space designed to explore your current state of wellbeing and identify practical ways to restore balance across mind and body.

We begin by discussing your health history, lifestyle patterns, stress levels, digestion, sleep, and daily routines to understand your unique constitution and current imbalances.

From there, we work together to develop personalised recommendations that may include:

  • Lifestyle adjustments to support daily rhythm and energy

  • Nutrition and dietary guidance suited to your needs and season

  • Stress management and nervous system support strategies

  • Simple, practical practices to enhance digestion, sleep, and emotional wellbeing

Sessions are grounded, realistic, and designed to be integrated into everyday life—supporting gradual, sustainable change rather than rigid or overwhelming routines.
